• Sadly, these municipal coops (Wyoming Municipal Power Authority – WMPA and Garland) do not offer energy audits to their electric customer.

• The Weatherization Assistance Program (WAP) through the Department of Family Services in Wyoming encourages income-eligible homeowners and renters to apply for a free energy audit and home upgrades if weatherization suggested by the audit provides cost effective energy improvements

• You can also receive assistance on your utility bills through Wyoming’s Low Income Energy Assistance Program (LIEAP).
